Comvita® Honeygar™ combines naturally fermented Apple Cider Vinegar (80%), with raw natural honey (20%) - which is a combination of New Zealand UMF® 5+ Manuka Honey and bush honey.

Dosage

Serving Suggestions: To make a healthy and delicious beverage, mix one tablespoon of Comvita® Honeygar™ with water, adding lemon to taste. In summer add ice and a sprig of mint. In winter use warm water.

To make a wonderful salad dressing, mix with cold pressed olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and fresh herbs.

Shake well before use.
