Eno contains Sodium bicarbonate 2.32g, Sodium carbonate 0.5g, Citric acid anhydrous 2.18g per 5ml spoonful.

A single dose of Eno contains 852mg of Sodium.

Dosage

The dose for Eno is 1 level 5ml teaspoonful mixed in water and taken every 2 to 3 hours as required up to a maximum daily dose of 6 spoonfuls.
