Each 5ml spoonful of Flaxomucil Powder contains:
Flax seed fibre 2.35g, Psyllium husk pwder 600mg, Vitamin C 140mg, Orange juice powder, Stevia herb extr.

Dosage

Adults: Mix 1.5 to 2 teaspoonfuls of Flaxomucil Powder thoroughly into a 250ml glass of water and drink immediately before contents settle.

Children 6-12 years: Mix Half to One teaspoonful of Flaxomucil Powder into water as above.
