Naturopharm Jet Lag Relief Tablets contain Arnica 12c 30c, Bellis Perennis 12c, Chamomilla 30c, Aconite 30c, Coffea crud 12c.

Dosage

Take 2 tablets of Jet Lag relief orally before takeoff and after landing and for every 2 hours of the flight if awake.

Hold in the mouth for 1 minute before chewing and swallowing.
