Vicks vaporub gives up to 8 hours relief from the distress of Colds.

Vicks Vaporub helps relieve Nasal congestion for up to 8 hours.

It can also be used to ease muscular aches and pains and Coughs due to Colds.

Vicks Vaporub contains Menthol 2.82%, Camphor 5.26%w/w, Eucalyptus Oil 1.33% w/w.

Dosage

For temporary relief of Nasal congestion and Coughs use on Chest and throat.

Rub on a thick layer at night and/or morning.

Keep the clothing loose and allow the vapours to rise to the nose and Mouth.

Steaming application method:Part fill a bowl with steaming water (Not boiling) and add 2 teaspoonfuls of vicks vaporub. Then gently inhale the steaming vapours with a towel over your head and bowl.This may be repeated up to 4 times daily.

For temporary relief of muscle pain:Rub into the skin up to 4 times daily or as directed.

Warnings

Do not expose vaporub to flame or use in a microwave.

Not suitable for use in Children under 2 years.

Do not apply to broken skin
