Each capsule contains:

Fish Oil - natural 500mg Iodine (from Potassium Iodide) 20mcg Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Nitrate) 750mcg Vitamin B2 (Riboflavine) 1.75mg Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 1mcg Contains orange oil.

Dosage

Children 3 years and over chew two capsules daily Or as recommended by your health care professional.

These chewable capsules can be chewed and swallowed safely, however if preferred, the fruit-flavoured capsule coating can be discarded after chewing as the liquid inside contains the nutrients.
