Psyllium husks 64%, Inulin prebiotics 30%, Digestive enzymes (Protease 1.2%, Betaine HCI 0.9%, Ginger root 0.6%, Papain 0.6%, Peppermint leaf 0.6%, Fennel seed 0.6%, Bromelain 0.6%), Probiotic cultures 1%.

Dosage

• For healthy bowel maintenance - Mix 2 rounded teaspoons (5g) 1-2 times daily with a glass of water or juice, stir well and consume immediately.
• To encourage proper bowel function - Mix up to 4 rounded teaspoons (10g) twice daily with a glass of water or fruit juice, stir well and consume immediately.
• After 1-2 weeks it should be possible to reduce the amount to 2 rounded teaspoons twice daily mixed in a glass of water or juice.
• General guidlines - It is recommended to take Lifestream Bowel Biotics+
• Digestive Enzymes 20 minutes before a meal. It is suitable for everyday use and serving size can be adjusted as required.
