Each Astazan Capsule contains -

• Natural Astaxanthin 4mg, Vitamin E 10mg, Lutein 40mcg.

Dosage

• Adults take 1 Astazan capsule daily with food.
• For optimum results take 1 Astazan capsule with a meal 3 times daily for an initial 2 week period, followed by a reduced maintenance dose of 1 to 3 Astazan capsules daily.
