Dosage

Recommended Adult Dosage - Take 1 to 2 capsules twice daily to start. Maintain a dose of 1-2 capsules daily in the long term if required.

Warnings

Do not use this product while taking SSRI medication or other antidepressants unless under the supervision of a health professional.

Do not take with a meal containing protein.
