Magnesium also works with ATP to produce the energy needed for most reactions in the body. It plays an important role in protein formation and healthy muscle function.

This formulation offers multiple forms of calcium and magnesium providing a 1:1 calcium to magnesium ratio.

When combined with a healthy diet and physical activity, calcium may reduce the risk of osteoporosis.

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vegetable Cellulose, Citric Acid, Maltodextrin, Titanium Dioxide, Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Vegetable Glycerin. Solgar's Chelated Calcium Magnesium 1:1 Tablets are free of yeast, wheat, soy, gluten and dairy products and are formulated without the use of artificial preservatives, flavors or colors. Dosage

As a dietary supplement for adults, take four (4) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime. May be distributed throughout the day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
