Optifast VLCD is a meal replacement product for those serious about weight loss. VLCD stands for Very Low Calorie Diet. It's also very different to the products you might find in a supermarket because it is scientifically designed and clinically proven.

It is designed for those with a BMI over 27.

Optifast VLCD is designed to be used as a total diet replacement for 12 weeks and then you make a gradual transition back to normal meals.

Dosage:
Mix One sachet of Optifast with 200ml of cold or warm water.Stir vigorously with a whisk or fork. Leave to stand for 5 minutes in the refridgerator and use within 24 hours.

Drink One sachet as a replacement for a meal three times daily for 12 weeks.

It is important to drink at least 2 litres of fluid per day also.

Warnings:
Not suitable for pregnant or lactating women,infants, children, adolescents or people over the age of 65 years.

May contain traces of egg and/or nuts.
