Each tablet contains:

Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea) juice dry equiv to fresh herb 1000mg Garlic (Allium sativum) extract equiv. to fresh bulb 100mg Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 500mg Zinc gluconate 14mg equiv. to elemental zinc 2mg.

Dosage

Adults - Take 1 tablet three times daily with food Or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
