Olympic athletes in ancient Greece chewed a clove at the start of a competition, believing it increased their stamina. Garlic s strong odor is due mostly to a sulfide called allicin. This prized herb exhibits antioxidant, immune-supporting and ciruculatory-supporting actions.
The odour is still contained in Nature's Sunshine Garlic, as its removal will also remove the great therapeutic properties of this plant. Part of the herb used is the Bulb.
