Iron is used by the body in making myoglobin (supplying oxygen for muscle contractions) and hemoglobin, the central molecule of red blood cells.
Iron, Chelated [Circulatory] provides a form of iron (ferrous gluconate) that s usually well-absorbed by the body. In this formulation the iron is enhanced with vitamin C, calcium and a unique base of rose hips, chickweed herb, mullein leaves, thyme herb and yellow dock root.

Dosage
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
