Each tablet contains:

Magnesium amino acid chelate (Meta Mag™) 500mg, Equiv. elemental Magnesium 50mg, Magnesium Oxide - Heavy 256mg, Equiv. elemental Magnesium 150mg, Zinc sulfate monohydrate 27.5mg, Equiv. elemental Zinc 10mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vit. B6) 25mg, Chromic chloride 1.0mg, Equiv. elemental Chromium 200μg, Selenomethionine 31.3μg, Equiv. elemental Selenium 12.5μg.

Dosage

Adults - Take 1 to 2 tablets daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional.

If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.
