Each 3 Capsules contain:

Oat bran concentrate 0.6gm, containing oat beta glucans 0.1gm, Inulin (natural prebiotic extracted from chicory root) 0.59gm, Acacia gum 0.3gm, Psyllium husks 0.02gm, Xanthan gum 0.17gm, Guar gum 0.17gm, Probiotic cultures 42 million, (Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium infantis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii sbsp bulgaricus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Streptococcus thermophilus).

Dosage

• Adults - Initial dose, take 3 capsules daily then gradually increase over a few days until you achieve the desired effect to suit your body's requirements.
• Most people will find 7 capsules suitable.
• Drink at least 1 glass of water or juice for every 7 capsules you take.
