Blackmores Tranquil Night is for the temporary relief of insomnia and disturbed sleep patterns.

This traditional formula contains the sedative herbs valerian, hops and passion flower to relieve mild insomnia and disturbed sleep patterns. The activity of valerian is considered to be mediated by an interaction with central nervous system receptors. Passion flower is believed to induce sedation by reducing locomotor activity in the central nervous system.

Vitamin B6 is an essential nutrient for the conversion of tryptophan to serotonin, one of the body's natural sleep inducers. A deficiency of vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) is associated with insomnia.

Blackmores Tranquil Night is a combination of traditional sedative herbs and vitamins for the temporary relief of insomnia and disturbed sleep patterns.

Dosage

Adults - Take one to two Blackmores Tranquil Night tablets half an hour before bed, or as professionally prescribed.
