Solgar's No-Flush Niacin (Inositol Hexanicotinate) is Inositol bound Niacin. This special formulation of Niacin does not produce flushing or the gastrointestinal discomfort which may be associated with Niacin use.

Dosage

As a dietary supplement for adults, one (1) to two (2) vegetable capsules daily, preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
