Each tablet contains:

Calcium (as dicalcium phosphate) 65 mg Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate 50 mg

Other Ingredients: Dicalcium Phosphate, Vegetable Cellulose, Methacrylic Acid, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Vegetable Glycerin, Riboflavin, Titanium Dioxide, Glyceryl Triacetate, Carnauba Wax.

Solgar's Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate Tablets are free of corn, yeast, wheat, soy and dairy products and are formulated without the use of preservatives, artificial flavors or colors.

Dosage

As a dietary supplement for adults, one (1) tablet daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
