Each capsule contains:
Calcium ascorbate 200mg, sodium ascorbate 50mg, ascorbic acid 150mg, hesperidin 10mg, rutin 15mg, quercetin 5mg, bioflavonoid complex 20mg.

Dosage

Adults and Children over 10 Years:Take 1 to 2 capsules daily

Under 10 Years: Take 1 capsule daily.

Adverse Effects

Vitamin C is generally well-tolerated, however people with gastrointestinal sensitivities are advised to take Family C with food and lower the dose if bowel discomfort occurs.
