Recommended adult dosage:take 1 Natures Own Vitamin A 5000IU capsule once a day preferably with food or as advised by your healthcare professional.

When taken in excess of 8000IU, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
