Each Body Burn Activator FX capsule contains:
Hydroxycitrate complex 275mg, Bitter orange 5.5g, White willow 1.2g, Guarana seed 50mg, Black pepper fruit 250mg, Caffeine anhydrous 150mg, Chromium amino chelate 660mg.

Dosage

 Take 1 capsule with meals or 30 minutes before exercise. Do not exceed a maximum of 3 capsules daily. Taking later in the day may cause insomnia in sensitive individuals due to the caffeine content. 

Warnings

Not suitable for those under 15 years or during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Each capsule contains approximately the amount of caffeine contained in one cup of brewed coffee - reduce dietary caffeine intake while taking this product. Not recommended for those with caffeine-sensitivity, diabetes or those on anti-depressant medication. May cause sleeplessness and increased heart rate. Not to be taken by those with high blood pressure, heart disease, liver disease, stomach ulcers or anxiety.
