African mango is a natural soluble fibre. It is grown on Africa's west coast and has been used for centuries by local residents as a thickener for soups and gravy. This product may be useful for weight control support,and may support healthy cholesterol and fat balance, and sugar metabolism.

Each serving (2 capsules) contain: African Mango 1200mg.

Dosage

One Capsule half an hour before lunch with a large glass of water, and one capsule half an hour before evening meal, with a large glass of water.

Please increase fluid intake during the day, to help with elimination of body toxins.

Once desired weight is obtained it is advisable to take one capsule per day.

Results will not usually be seen for 4 to 6 weeks.
