The pineapple enzyme bromelain is a proteolytic enzyme that facilitates protein digestion when taken with food, and acts as an antiinflammatory when taken on an empty stomach.
Usage: Aids digestion and helps with relief of inflammation, general and period pain, swelling and tenderness. May also assist with improved healing of minor injuries such as sprains, strains and muscles injuries.
