Each 1g contains arnica flower 18.6mg, birch leaf 23.3mg, marigold flower 27.9mg, rosemary leaf 23.3mg, lavender, rosemary essential oils.

Dosage

Warm a small amount in the hands and gently massage over the body using smooth rythmical movements.

For tight muscles gently massage 2 to 3 times daily reducing to 1 to 2 times daily as tightness improves.
