Boost B12 Oral Spray contains 1200mcg of this vitamin B12 combined with 40mcg of chromium and 0.5mg of green tea extract with every dose (4 sprays).

This product is ideal for those with an active lifestyle, or to reduce tiredness,and is also useful for those who travel.

Active Ingredients

Purified Water, Xylitol, Natural Apricot Flavour, Citric Acid, Methylcobalamin (B12), Preservative: Potassium Sorbate, Green Tea Extract, Chromium Chloride.
Every 4 sprays of Boost contains:
Vitamin B12: 1200mcg
Chromium: 40mcg
Green Tea Extract: 0.5mg
This has been formulated as an ambient spray and does not require refrigeration.

Dosage

Take four sprays daily orally or as directed by your health care practitioner.
It can be taken at any time of day, the key is to make it part of your daily routine. All four sprays can be taken in one go or spread over the course of the day.
Try to hold the spray in your mouth for at least 10 seconds before swallowing to ensure optimal delivery via the mucosal membranes. If taking all four sprays at once, spray two under the tongue and one on the inside of each cheek, this means no single area is over saturated.

This product is easy to take. You can spray one to give times once a day. Easier to take than tablets. My B12 was low and now correct.. Tastes nice Price a lot cheaper than chemist. Ordered one day and got the next.
