Manuka Honey, Vege Glycerol, Citric Acid and Water

Dosage

Adults: Take 5ml to 10ml (best before meals)
Children 5-12 years: Take 2.5ml to 5ml
Children 1-5 years: Take 1ml to 2.5ml

Best taken in 1/4 cup of warm water 1 to 3 times daily or as professionally advised.

Warnings

Not suitable for infants under the age of 12 months old.
