Each dose contains:Plantago afra (Psyllium) seed husk powder 1.7g, Taraxacum officianale (Dandelion) root powder 500mg, Silybum marianum (St mary's thistle) fruit powder 500mg, Cynara scolymus (Globe artichoke) extr equiv fresh leaf 250mg,Taurine 250mg. These active ingredients are in a base of Lecithin 500mg, Pectin 500mg, barley leaf powder 300mg, peppermint leaf powder 250mg, Beetroot powder 150mg, carrot powder 150mg, medicago sativa herb powder 125mg.
Contains NO table salt, lactose, dairy products, gluten, fillers,artificial colours, artificial flavours,sweeteners or preservatives.

Dosage

Adults- Take 5g of powder (1 teaspoonful) just before meals in a glass of water, vegetable juice, or fruit juice twice daily.

Drink plenty of fluids and increase dietary fibre in your daily diet.
