Natural water with each 25ml containing 5mg of elemental ferrous iron (Fe++).

Each vegetable capsule contains: Folic acid (folate) 400mcg, Iodine (as potassium iodide) 150mcg, Cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) 10mcg, Thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1) 1.5mg, Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 1.5mg, Nicotinamide (vitamin B3) 20mg, Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) (as calcium pantothenate) 10mg, Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) (as pyridoxine hydrochloride) 1.7mg, Cyanocobalimin (vitamin B12) 3mcg, d-alpha tocopheryl succinate (vitamin E) 15mg, Calcium (from combined calcium salts) 50mg, Magnesium (as magnesium oxide) 50mg, Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) (as calcium ascorbate) 60mg, Copper (as copper gluconate) 1mg, Zinc (as zinc amino acid chelate) 11mg, Manganese (as manganese amino acid chelate) 1mg.

Dosage

Directions for use:

• Drink the contents of 2 liquid iron sachets per day, 30 minutes prior to or after eating food.
• Take 1 vitamin and mineral capsule per day with meals, preferably atleast 30 minutes prior to or after drinking the liquid sachets.

Do not exceed the stated does of folic acid. If you have had a baby with a neural tube defect/spina bifida, seek medical advice. Do not exceed 4 sachets per day. Do not exceed 1 capsule per day.

Warnings

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Store below 30°C. Keep out of reach of small children. Drink plenty of fluids.
