Active Ingredients

Each Harmony PMS tablet contains:

• Vitex agnus-castus - 175mg
• Angelica polymorpha - 2g
• Paeonia lactiflora - 2g
• Bupleurum falcatum - 1g

Excipients used in Harmony PMS are all naturally derived and are not in doses high enough to have a therapeutic effect

Excipients: Croscarmellose sodium, Hypromellose, Cellulose, Silica, Calcium hydrogen phosphate, Magnesium stearate, Carnauba wax, Chlorophyllin copper complex

Dosage

Maintenance or ongoing dose is 1 - 3 tablets per day

It is recommended when commencing Harmony PMS you take 2 - 3 tabs per day continuously until symptoms improve or for 2 - 3 menstrual cycles

Harmony PMS is best taken away from meals (but not essential) with warm water to assist digestion, and on an empty stomach

Warnings

Any concentrated herbs consumed on a weak or empty stomach can cause a slight uncomfortable feeling in certain individuals, if this is the case, simply take directly after meals
Discontinue use if pregnancy occurs
