Dosage

Adults take one tablet daily with food, or as professionally prescribed.

Warnings

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Not recommended for use by pregnant or lactating women. This product containts selenium which is toxic in high doses.
A daily dose of 150mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.
