Flossing Instructions:
Hold handle and guide floss between teeth using a gentle back-and-forth motion. Move floss up and down against tooth to remove plaque and food above and below the gum line. Rinse floss as necessary (Repeat for each tooth.)

Pick Instructions:
Place tip of pick between teeth at the gum line. Use a gentle in-and-out motion to remove plaque and food particles and to stimulate gums. Rinse as necessary.
