arnica flower 6.8mg, arnica root 700mcg, symphytum root 15mg, arnica flower oil 4.7mg, betula alba leaf 4.7mg, matricaria recutita flower 4.7mg, rosemary leaf 4.7mg, onion juice 25mg, cajeput oil 125mg, camphor crystals 40mg, capsicum fruit 10mg, cassia oil 25mg, clove bud oil 20mg, eucalyptus oil, menthol crystals 40mg, turpentine oil 25mg, copper 1mg, in a vegetable oil and beeswax base.

Dosage

Gently massage a small amount into the affected area twice daily or as directed.

Use sparingly until you are used to the heat.

Warnings

Contains extract of hot peppers. Do not use on broken skin or under an occlusive dressing.

Avoid contact with mucus membranes and the eyes.

Wash hands thoroughly after use.

Not recommended for children.
