Each 1g contains:Arnica flower 4.5mg, arnica root 500mcg, decoct.fresh juice: symphytum officinale root 10mg, onion bulb 25mg, oil extr equiv dry:arnica montana flower 10.7mg, betula alba leaf 9.1mg, rosmarinus officinalis leaf 9mg, matricaria recutita flower 9.7mg, capsicum fruit,oleoresin 2mg, copper prep 2mg, camphor 40mg, larch resin 10mg, lavender oil 3mg, lemon oil 1.1mg, menthol crystals 500mcg, peppermint oil 500mcg, pumilio pine oil 27.5mg, sage oil 500mcg,silver fir oil 20mg, rosemary oil 20mg,turpentine oil 100mg.

Dosage

Gently massaeg a small amount into the affected area 3 to 4 times daily in the acute stage and twice daily as the condition improves.

Warnings

Do not use on broken skin.

Avoid mucus membranes and eyes.
