Active Ingredients

Per tablet: Calcium (as calcium carbonate 1.5 g) 600 mg; Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3 12.5 ug) 500IU.

Dosage

Take 1 tablet twice a day with meals, or as professionally prescribed.

Warnings

Consult your healthcare professional before use if you have had renal calculi (kidney stones). Calcium and vitamin D may increase the risk of recurrence of renal calculi. Calcium and vitamin D3 may cause hypercalcaemia (high calcium levels) if taken with thiazide diuretics (fluid tablets). Consult your healthcare professional before use if taking a diuretic. Calcium may decrease the absorption and efficacy of some medications. If taking tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics, biphosphonates (osteoporosis drugs) or thyroid hormone, separate doses by at least two hours. Calcium may decrease the activity of verapamil.
