Each capsule contains:

Extracts equivalent to: Curcuma longa root and rhizome, dry (Turmeric - BCM-95) 4.2g Boswellia serrata gum oleoresin, dry (Bospure) 1.5g.

Dosage

Adults - Take 1 to 2 capsules twice to three times daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Warnings

Do not use if seals are missing or broken. Always read the label. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. Store below 30°C.

I first found these tablets about 12 months ago, and have been so grateful to finally be able to take something for pain (allergies and side effects prevent me taking any conventional pain or anti-inflammatory remedies). I take these alongside other similar products for maintenance, and highly recommend them. (My history - painful disability from accident 20+ years ago.) Price here is not competitive though, hence 4 stars only - they are expensive, even when competitively priced.
