Great antioxidant and antibacterial product
Nelson Honey's Honeydew is the product of two insect types. Small scale-insects inhabit the beech forests and produce Honeydew, a sticky sap-like substance adhering to the insects and beech trees. The honeydew is then gathered by bees.
The complex sugars (Oligosaccharides) in Honeydew may support our intestinal function. Honeydew has antibacterial activity similar to Manuka honey and higher levels of antioxidants than floral honeys.
A tangy honey, great as a spread or with cereal, a sweetener in coffee or used as a food marinade.
What else should I know?
1 dessert spoon before each meal then 1 before bed.
Then in a week slowly reduce to 1 teaspoon before each meal and 1 before bed.
