old knuckles ..., 4-1-2018 By: kara (wellington) It never ceases to amaze me how quickly arnica works on ache & pains. I've been using for my joints & the relief is near immediate. I've recently read also, that there is a belief that pain instigates arthristis in joints so hopefully this will ward off the effects of old age for a bit longer. Fingers crossed.
