Each spray (0.15mL) contains:

Magnesium chloride (equiv. Magnesium 15mg) 125 mg.
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) 15 mg.

Also contains: Potassium sorbate, peppermint and purified water.

Dosage

• Adults: Shake well before use. Apply 6-8 sprays on affected area. Lightly rub into the skin (wash hands after use).
• For optimal results, repeat up to 3 times a day. If symptoms persist consult a healthcare professional.
