Dosage

Take 1 capsule 2 to 3 times daily with food.

Warnings

Pregnancy and Breast Feeding - This product contains the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) for Vitamin A during pregnancy (2566 IU or 770mcg/day). Total Vitamin A intake from dietary and supplemental sources should not exceed 4 times the RDA (10,000 IU or 3000 mcg/day). Therefore women should not consume more than 10,000 IU of vitamin A per day during pregnancy as amounts above this level have been shown (especially during the first seven weeks of pregnancy) to cause birth defects in approximately 2% of pregnant women.8 Iron is not included in this product, as iron levels during pregnancy should be medically assessed to determine requirements.
