Dosage

After using a Dr hauschka cleanser and toner, spread soothing mask liberally onto the face (Ideally include the area around the eys, earlobes, neck and upper chest).

Leave on skin for 20 minutes then gently compress away with a moist tepid cloth.

Apply once or twice a week as needed.
