Exercise 1: Place feet on the "foot" shapes. "Pedal" air from side to side slowly.
Exercise 2: Turn AirCycle sideways (rotate 90 degrees). Working both feet together, press down with toes, then heels in a "treadle" action. Use slow, even movements.
Exercise 3-4: Place AirCycle in lap and repeat exercises 1 and 2, working hands, wrists, fingers and arms. To increase exercise to arms and shoulders place AirCycle on a table or desk. Use same exercises.
Exercise 5: For intensive finger exercise hold AirCycle in both hands and squeeze air from side to side.
