Dosage

Adults: take 2 capsules daily with food.

For acute onset: take up to 3 capsules daily with food.

Children 6-12 yrs: take one capsule daily with food.

Warnings

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Cold and Flu Season Booster, 23-7-2015 By: Jemela Mwelu (Bronx) This product preemptively does its job. I found it to be a immune booster for the flu season that is in full affect every season. I will never ever take another senior citizen flu shot now that I have found the product!
