Pelargonium Root 90mg
EpiCor (dried fermentate made using Saccharomyces cerevisiae) 250mg
Zinc 5mg
No artificial flavours, sweeteners, preservatives or colours used in this product.

Dosage

Adults: take 2 capsules daily with food.

For acute onset: take up to 3 capsules daily with food.

Children 6-12 yrs: take one capsule daily with food.

Warnings

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. 

Not to be used by children under 2 years of age.

I take them as soon as I don't feel 100% or I've been around sick people and I always feel so much better and don't seem to come down with colds etc. Great to take over winter time.
