Active Ingredients

Herbs: Blackberry root,black cohosh,burdock root, cayenne, chondrus crispus, elecampe root, ginger root, gorse tips, horsetail, kumarahou, licorice root, oatstraw, rhubarb root, sarsaparilla root, valerian root, yellow dock root.

Essential oils:Aniseed, ginger, jojoba, lime, orange.

Other ingredients:Celtic sea salt, cert organic bee venom, citric acid, organic iodine, vegetable glycerine.

Dosage

Adults: take 5ml to 10ml 3 to 4 times daily pre-meals. Child: half the adult dose.
Baby: Quarter the adult dose.
Swill the dose around the mouth for 10 second before swallowing.

Warnings

Contains bee venom. Do not take if allergic to bee products.

Takes a few days for the pain to reduce, taken with green lip mussel caps it works faster !!!!
