Visine Allergy Eye Drops is useful for getting fast relief from itching, soreness and redness of the eye due to hayfever and other allergens (including pollen, animal hair, dust mites, feathers, and air pollutants).These eye drops combine the benefits of an antihistamine to relieve the itching and pain of the allergy, with a decongestant to relieve sore eyes.

Active Ingredients

Visine Allergy Eye Drops contains Naphazoline hydrochloride 0.25mg/ml, pheniramine maleate 3mg/ml, benzalkonium chloride

Dosage

Adult Dose: Instil 1 to 2 drops of Visine Allergy Eye Drops in each eye up to four times daily or as directed by Practitioner.

Adverse Effects

Visine Allergy Eye Drops may cause eye irritation or stinging, abnormal dryness, pupil dilation, increase in intraocular pressure, systemic effects due to absorption (cardiovascular, hyperglycaemia).

Warnings

Not recommended in people with hypersensitivity to any ingredient, narrow angle glaucoma or predisposition to narrow angle glaucoma, MAOI use or within 2 weeks of stopping MAOI. Not recommended in Pregnancy, lactation, children under 12 years, concomitant prescription eye products, severe cardiovascular disease, diabetics. Prolonged use (more than 2-3 days) without evaluation is not recommended
