Sizes:

• For your left or right knee, measure around kneecap while in a standing position.
• Small - 12.0-14.5in. / 30.5-36.8cm
• Medium - 14.5-17.0in. / 36.8-43.2cm
• Large - 17.0-19.5in. / 43.2-49.5cm
• X-Large - 19.5-22.0in. / 49.5-55.9cm

Care - Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean or use bleach or fabric softeners.
