Instructions for use:

Best results are obtained by wearing Thermastrap directly against the skin.
To allow for comfortable daytime movement, adjust the velcro strap with light to medium tension. After fitting, you can trim off any excess strap.
For extra support during sports activity, adjust the velcro strap tighter to prevent movement of the Thermastrap.
To further secure Thermastrap in place during a vigorous game or strenuous body activity, you may tape over Thermastrap top and bottom.

Care instructions - Hand wash in warm soapy water every 3 to 5 days during normal use or everyday if used during sport or other physical activity. Brush or comb velcro if necessary. Rinse in water then air dry. Do not use bleach or detergent.

Warnings

Do not use on broken skin or over any medication. Not recommended for use with skin allergy conditions. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs. For injury advice consult your doctor.
