Active Ingredients

Sinus rinse sachets contain a balanced Sodium Chloride and Sodium Bicarbonate solution.

Dosage

Pour the sachet into the bottle and fill with warm distilled water.

Tilt your head over a sink and apply the nozzle to one of the nostrils. gently squeeze the fluid up into the nostril, keeping the mouth open until the solution drains from the opposite nasal passage or the mouth.

Warnings

Keep out of reach of children. Do not rinse if nasal passages are completely blocked or if you have an acute Ear infection. Do not swallow the solution.
