Each effervescent tablet contains:

Total vitamin C 1500mg:
from Sodium Ascorbate 800mg,
from Calcium Ascorbate,
from Ascorbic acid.
Hesperidin 50mg,
Rutin 50mg,
Zinc (from Zinc Citrate) 1mg.

Dosage

• Maintenance dose: Adults and teens from 14 years: Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in approximately 200ml of water daily or as professionally advised.
• Acute dose: Adults and teens from 14 years: Break effervescent tablet in half and dissolve 1 half tablet in approximately 100ml of water, up to 4 times daily or as professionally advised.
• Children 9-13 years: Break effervescent tablet in half and dissolve 1 half tablet in approximately 100ml of water, up to twice daily or as professionally advised.

Warnings

• Do not use if cap seal is broken or missing.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
• Store below 25 degrees celsius in a dry place and keep tube lid tightly closed.
